Order Processing
Orders processed before 12pm AEST Monday–Friday will be dispatched same day from our studio based in Tanja, NSW, Australia. Please note that orders may be delayed by one business day during NSW public holidays.
Australia Shipping
Express delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $200.
For all orders under $200:
Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $10
Australia Post Express (1–3 business days): $15

These shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times, particularly during sale periods and in the lead up to the festive season.
International Shipping
Customs Duty & Import Taxes
Duties and taxes are easily calculated at check out in accordance with the country the order is being shipped to. For some countries, these charges are required to be prepaid at checkout, while others may collect them upon delivery. The applicable process will be determined based on your shipping address at the time of purchase.
Important note re International Orders:
International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes, should they be applicable. If you refuse to pay this your order will returned to us. Only once we receive your returned order can I issue a refund.
